Terms and Conditions of Sale

PRICES: Orders are accepted with the understanding they will be billed at price in effect at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in U.S. currency. Special price quotations will be good for 30 days from date of issue.

For orders starting at $8,000.-, 50% advance payment is required.

SHIPMENTS: Door to door delivery performed by main international curriers have no charge, except for orders under $500.-. All Fersa products are free of duties and proper documentation will be provided.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Orders including Group (III) Stones, shall be accompanied with a non-refundable deposit of 40%.

RETURN GOODS: Fax your RGA request to Decorative Faucets by Fersa with a copy of the original invoice. You will receive an authorization, which must be enclosed with the corresponding merchandise being returned. Goods are to be returned in original packaging with all components returned complete. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Fersa faucets carry a limited Warranty to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (5) five years. All finishes are also warranted not to tarnish for a period of 5 years. Parts made of marble, porcelain or glass are warranted to be delivered in perfect condition. This warranty is void for any damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, improper care of finishes, or use of any replacement parts other than genuine Fersa parts. This warranty is made to the end user purchaser and is effective from the date of purchase as shown on purchaser’s receipt. Any covered faucets part that fails during the terms of this warranty will be replaced at no charge. Fersa will replace, during the warranty periods, any part, which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. Replacement parts can be obtained from your local dealer or distributor.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty granted by Fersa faucets and is in lieu of all other warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and is further limited to defective parts replacement only. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement as well as incidental and consequential damages connected therewith are excluded and will not be paid for by Fersa. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

Fersa makes no representation that the materials and products offered on this site are appropriate for use and/or meet required city and state code approvals.

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON CERAMIC DISK CARTRIDGE: Ceramic disk cartridge and valves carry a lifetime warranty. Should the valve in this faucet ever fail, we will replace the failed part free of charge to the original consumer purchaser. The only cost will be a $9.95 handling and mailing charge. Labor is not included in this warranty.
